Lynn did some framing, put up sheetrock and installed new lights in our basement. He was very easy to work with and was willing to change things as we requested along the way. He seemed very knowledgable and competent. We would have him do more work for us.

Lynn did a great job installing a light fixture, tightening a loose doorknob and installing new bulbs in an entry light fixture. He came on time, performed the work efficiently and is a pleasant guy. I already hired him again to clean the gutters at that property. Very pleased!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, not really. All projects are different and present different challenges. I would rather see the project. (Mostly for larger projects)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the project before a complete estimate is sent, just for the fact I want to give them the best possible price I can. Also I like to meet them as well as they meet us to know who they are dealing with to make it more personal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working with other pros over the years learning many different aspects of remodeling.
