Todd did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the whole process. He did a fantastic job of just explaining here’s what I’m doing. Here’s why I’m doing it iand so forth and it just made me feel very comfortable as a homeowner going through this process, which I’ve never been through before so I appreciate the extra little steps that he did to keep me informed to keep me in the loop overall he was a superb guy.
