My rate is $60/hr but rarely does my invoice show more than an hours labor.

I provide free diagnostics, so I will inspect your computer, then tell you the problems and the prices to fix it, decide not to fix it? No charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught plus many years experience in the real world.
