Jason and crew were a pleasure to partner with. Like with any project, things didn’t always go exactly as planned (especially with the 4-6 person crew needed for our project), but Jason was a great communicator from start to finish. They’ll definitely be the folks I call in the future for stump grinding, landscaping, and chainsawing.

I had a stump to grind, and they made care to make as little of a mess as possible. They appear to be a two-man outfit, and both were super friendly and nice to deal with. Their pricing was incredibly fair. Nothing but good things to say!

Jason did exactly what he had promised and more. He finished a job that some other guy couldn't and was professional, communicative and high attention to detail. He stated exactly what his plan was to remove my stump. He made an executive decision to set up a small retaining wall and it was the right call. Great guy. Great work. Can't ask for more. Would 100% hire Jason to do some more work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've done my homework. I know what the going rate is in Minnesota. And generally my prices are on the low end. Please remember that distance, how many stumps, the size of the stumps, the kind of tree, and where the stump is at and how hard it is to get to it, all factor in the price. Do your homework!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an estimate. Then if i get the ok i call gooherstateonecall.org. then once the utilities are marked i start the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have only had trial by fire and on the job training.
