- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've worked hard to adjust my pricing to reflect the economy and market in my area. My rates start at $175. A deposit and service agreement secures your booking. Attednace at rehearsal is extra. A mileage charge may be added for venues outside a 60 mile radius. I now offer an Officiating/Harp Music package: playing harp music before, during and after the ceremony as well as being your officiant! Contact for a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients are asked to complete a questionnaire either by filling in a form or by answering over the phone. For those wanting more than standard vows, there is more customization. I write the script based on samples with options (if applicable). Each ceremony will have the couple's personal stamp of approval. FYI: I avoid driving at night during fall and winter months.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a witness to 100s of weddings as a musician, working closely with both bridal couples and officiants, and other vendors. Each ceremony is different, each is memorable, and so I take away something new each time.
