SO professional and efficient! I'm always on guard for surprise upcharges, but that was never an issue. He seemed as enthusiastic as I was to have clean carpeting! REALLY takes pride in his work.

Great job, super friendly and Mark is so accommodating and easy to work with...we have 3 boys 5 and under who do a number on our carpets. We have to clean them every 6 months and we will definitely be calling Lakes again!

I was looking at carpet cleaners at like 9:30 Saturday night. Lakes Carpet was on line and I was set with cleaning on the next day! They showed up on time and there were no surprise charges. I really needed to get the carpets cleaned quickly but I never expected it to be the next day. Thanks Lakes Carpet!
