The painter, Phil, is very responsive and came to my house within an hour after we talked on the phone; he understood my expectation and budget limitation on my vacant rental house well, showed knowledge of painting process. Submitted a bid within another an hour or two. The bid was very good at $1015 for 4 bedrooms 2 baths single family house. The job was completed within 2 and half days by 2 guys. Very easy to work with he did a good job and fast, thanks! I did get other bids but either too high, or bad timing.
