What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can accommodate both regularly scheduled maintenance visits (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) and I can also provide proposals for one time projects or phased projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet with you one-on-one to consult with you concerning your landscape needs. Once we've met, I will submit a personalized proposal via e-mail to you for review - after all questions are answered and details are complete is when your maintenance plan or project will be scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
