I charge by the hour and if product is needed I request some money up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually meet with the client to find out the scope of the project. Then I try to give time frame and availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have formal training just years of experience.
