- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not one set price as each client varies in size and how much time it takes to review everything. My prices are based on the average amount of transactions over a period of time. I have no problem doing cleanup work for clients that maybe behind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to listen to the client to make sure I understand how their business is operated and then I will review the volume of transactions, and workload.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and Finance. My MOS in the military was also Finance.
