Jake installed a new computer workstation in my home office for medicolegal consultation with advanced imaging. He had to do troubleshooting of my mesh network, and now I have a stellar connection all over the estate. Also he helped me get my home security cameras to store ans back up the video footage on a network storage device. Very knowledgable, promptly arrives on time, responsive to my texts after he left the site for small little issues that arose, and then he came back another time to troubleshoot another security and network problem. I would recommend using nexgen sysops for IT consultation without reservation.
