Labor is done in 15-minute increments. I work fast! Average repair is 1 to 3 hours. I can do most work on-site but for more complex tasks, I do it at my home office. There is a 1-hour minimum charge. I provide on-site (at your home or business) services and charge only a $10 trip fee. If I can't make the repairs in-home, I will take your computer back to my home office where I have all my resources to proceed with the necessary repairs. Alternatively, you may also bring your computer to my home office. I provide free diagnostics over the phone or on site, with a trip charge. I use high quality parts only.
