Jeremy is great at what he does. He came out, checked out my job, and gave me a fair price. Even though the job got difficult when he got up to the top of my tree lodged into my neighbor's, he did not come down and change his qoited price like a last guy I had cut some trees for me. Jeremy and his teammate worked till sundown and came back the next day to finish the job. He's coming back to remove my stump. I do plan to hire him for future jobs and highly recommend him for your tree cutting services needed.

Jeramy and his crew completed everything exactly as he said. We connected on Monday, he arrived Tuesday morning and the project was completed by Wednesday afternoon. It doesn’t get better than that, but it did. His estimate was the lowest I had received. If you’re looking for value, I doubt you find better than Quality Tree and Emergency Services. One day after he completed my project I’m already planning additional work for his team. Thanks for doing a great job removing my trees and brush!

I contacted Quality Tree Serv on Wed, he came out on Fri and took care of the trimming that I needed to have done. He climbed the Tree to cut off a few branches that were hanging on the power line to the house. It was a cold day and he was out there awhile, but when he was done, everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs Tree trimming.

Simply put: This team came out and got the job done efficiently and effectively. We had two 40 ft+ spruce that needed removed and these guys knocked it out of the park. I strongly recommend this team.

Amazing service, great communication and reasonable prices. Aside from needing a few trees and shrubs removed, we also had a pretty tough project, needing a pretty good size old stump removed. This team did not give up until the job was done. I really appreciated the extra effort. This was our first experience needing this type of work, so we really did not know what to expect. I can speak all day about how satisfied I was. I will definitely be calling again for future work!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give the customer the most fair pricing I possibly can after all for the high quality of work we do here at Quality Tree. EXPERTS. Also cash payment discount plus promotions available at the time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm always on the customers time and treat everyone equally. The #1 step is to call and set up an estimate. #2 look at the project and sit down and type up a very detailed estimate and base the prices on dangers, potential hazards, tree health, special precautions, placement of the tree(s) , employee and Customer safety is #1. We want to go home to our families, kids, parents, or whoever it might be every night. We study past tree accidents around the world and try to learn from their mistakes though accidents do happen most are preventable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
some college for business management, Line clearance certified, 12 years experience in herbicide treatment, in the tree business for more than 15years. 14 of those years I've ran my own crew or have been a foreperson/supervisor.
