Have always experienced good service and fair pricing from Comfort Matters, and it was no different with our recent servicewhich involved installation of a new AC unit, the old one having expired after 18 years. House was kept clean and the job completed in a reasonable timeframe with excellent attention to detail. Very pleased once again and enjoying our new Rheem AC unit.

Called around to about 5 other service providers for duct cleaning and ac/hvac tune-up. Comfort Matters provided great communication and price. Special shoutout to Cody Luftman for his communication and insight on my HCAV/AC system, very knowledgeable. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Needed a garage heater installed. Good communication. Got text updates on arrival time for my estimate. Chase was quick with the estimate, answered all my questions, and was very professional. Got a text and phone call the night before when an issue came up with installation and the time needed to be pushed back a couple hours. Joe and Brad were on time for install. Walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Everyone I worked with was great. Price was similar to other estimates. Id work with them again.
