Dan responded and said he could do the work, so I looked at the Tech-Toads website, and it did not mention desktop computer hardware repair, so I called. I was told they could do the repair work, and gave me an estimate of what it might cost. I brought it in, and was told it might be a couple of days before the repair work would be done because of their existing backlog. Within 4 hours, however, I received a phone call stating that they would be able to have the repair work done today, so I was able to pick it up the same day at a very reasonable cost. The folks at Tech-Toads were very professional, and obviously know what they're doing. They even showed me the part that was replaced and explained what it does.
