At first the rep was responsive. We scheduled for a specific date and on the day of I called to confirm. The rep never showed and did not respond to my many calls and texts. Very disappointing. I would have been fine had he just answered and said they had too many jobs or whatever and just communicated. It was very disrespectful, and I wasted mt whole day. The next day he tried to offer some lame excuse didn't really apologize but I was over it.
