I'm a woman in my mid-40's and was slowly but surely gaining weight. I worked out, thought I ate right, but was heavier than I have ever been. I heard Chad on a radio segment and something told me to call him. I met with Chad and he set up a nutrition plan and a very simple workout plan for me. He carefully showed me every exercise and made sure I was doing them correctly. I thought I would be intimidated and feel dumb, but I felt so comfortable and at ease. I've met with him a couple of times, and six months later I have lost and kept off my goal of 15 pounds and am in the best shape of my life. I have Chad to thank for this, and it's nice to know he's got my back if I run into any obstacles. Working with Chad for 5 months not only got me back on track as far as my diet, but I was able to lose weight, gain muscle, and strengthen a recently rehabbed shoulder.
