Eric Anderson from MN Home rentals helped me in finding a home in and around the area within 20 minutes of where I work in White Bear Lake. As soon as I contacted him about looking he was instantly pulling up information pertaining to the market and areas that i was interested in. We found a dozen possibilities and he arranged the showings by the weekend. We found the perfect place that weekend and put in an offer that same evening. As it turned out we didn't get the house with my first offer but with Eric staying in contact with the sellers realtor we ended up getting the house cheaper on a subsequent offer after the first offer fell through! Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful because of his experience in construction and home sales and rentals. He also set me up with the right lender and closing company and I was moved in within a month,

MN Home Rental manages two of my single family rentals. They are very thorough on the front end of the rental process with their background service.   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Yes! As Licensed Real Estate Agents, we are required to complete Continuing Education Courses every year to maintain our MN state licenses. This requirement is a benefit for both us as a company and for you the consumer because we continually have ongoing training that keeps us abreast of changing laws, trends and always are trained in the latest and greatest!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    You will want to be sure to verify that the company and their agents are licensed and in good standing with the BBB (Better Business Bureau.) Also, do your research to see if there are any hidden charges. Lastly, make sure the company you hire is using multiple marketing channels including technology like Facebook and Twitter to get your home in front of as many prospective candidates as possible.
