Jessica was quick to respond to my inquiry. She answered all my questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. She is easy to work with and keeps you updated every step of the way. The photos she took of our place were great! It appears that she had a response from the listing within two days. The HOA has a lot of hoops to jump through but she is going through the process and keeping us informed. From past experience we know it is hard to find a good property manager. Tradewind Properties have met all of our expectations and more. Choose this property management company and you will be able to know you have made the right decision.
