Premium Tile and Stone (Andy) should be your tile guy if you’re looking for great work done. Andy was patient in waiting for our busy schedule to settle down to get back to him after we first reached out, and gave us a bid we couldn’t pass on. His thumb tack page says he’s only been in business a year as of 2021, but his workmanship looks like he’s been doing it for years. He looked at out tile and made great recommendations as to how to grout and finish our edging. We booked, he was out 10 days later and had the job done in a day and a half.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing based on square footage, tile size, natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, glass, or mosaic. Also, how many intricate cuts there are as well as a flat fee for grouting.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: I start by going out to the job site to meet the homeowner, take some measurements, and talk about the homeowners needs/wants for their project.
Step 2: If tile is not purchased, I can recommend design ideas based on homeowner needs/wants. If tile is purchased; I work up some numbers and send an estimate.
Step 3: If chosen as your Professional Tile Setter: we will figure out a date and time frame that works for both of us.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started off as a Tile Sales/Design consultant back in 2015. Worked in the sales field on and off for a few years. I’ve designed hundreds of bathrooms and backsplashes for people who simply want an upgrade in their living spaces. Believe it when I tell you, a new space promotes a healthier and positive attitude when it comes to everyday life. When I realized that, is when I decided to get into the field, hands on. Design and installation.
