I provide upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Quotes are based on the size and condition of the furniture or rug. Discounts are available for cleaning multiple items during the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a few questions and, if needed, request photos. After confirming the quote, we schedule a convenient time. I inspect the fabric, clean it using professional equipment, and make sure you're happy with the results before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use professional upholstery cleaning equipment and continue learning industry best practices to safely clean different fabric types and remove stains whenever possible.
