I contacted Dave for help with my water softener. He was open and honest about the issue I was experiencing. We worked together over the phone, and I was able to get my water softener up and running again. He didn't charge me for his time and hoped that the steps we took over the phone resolved the problem. Most companies wouldn’t take the time to troubleshoot over the phone because they prioritize making money. I will definitely reach out to Dave for my future service needs.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call - $95. Parts are extra if necessary. Install customer bought softener - $275. Sell and install mine - Pentair Fleck 5800sxt $1285. Plus sales tax.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is best if I can communicate directly with the customer to discuss their specific situation. Phone is best because texts and emails usually take quite a few back and forth sends to cover the situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes annually. State required continual education.
