He came out to help us restore power to our garage, even thought it was 8:30 at night. Luckily the fix ended up being very simple,(and I swear I tried that same thing myself, but of course it didn't work when I did it). He didn't charge us because it was so quick, which was awesome and very kind! We will definitely keep the number for future issues!
