I have been doing Jay's "Boot Camp" class for over three years now, and I believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I really enjoy the variety and challenge he puts into our classes. He encourages us to push ourselves and not just "breeze" through the hour. I have been using Jay Grove as a personal trainer for a year and half and enjoy going to my training session every week. When I started training with jay I had alot of back issues and our strength training sessions have made my back so much stronger. I have progressively developed a stronger core and back and can deadlift and squat more weight than I ever thought I could. During the training sessions Jay will always motify an exercise if I am having any back or knee pain which I really appreciate. Overall Jay is professional and fun natured and I thoroughly enjoy going to the gym to train with him. Thanks Jay!

In home weight training to augment my existing cardio training. Jay was very professional and understanding of my needs. He evaluated my existing workouts and gave me a great additional training plan to increase my muscle mass.I'm very happy with the workouts and results.
