- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Training Packages available at Princeton Health & Fitness. Approximately $30 per hour depending on number of sessions purchased. Willing to do temporary live-in training/nutrition, train clients at their homes or lectures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to my new clients and have them share their goals. We then begin the process of finding out the best way to achieve these goals by fitness level assessment, nutritional protocols and discovering individual workout preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates Degree in Personal Fitness Training, Heritage College, Denver, Colorado. ACE certified (American Council on Exercise). Internship completed at St. Cloud State University in Athletics Department, St. Cloud, MN. NETA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. 7 years experience training general population from youth athlete to 70+ Seniors. Assistant Wrestling Coach, Princeton High School, 2013-present. Won Best Personal Trainer 2016 & 2014 in Town & Country Magazine's Reader's Choice Awards.
