Ruslan and APS were great to work with. Ruslan's explanations on what was causing issues to my water heater were understandable to someone who knows next to nothing about plumbing. Ruslan was fantastic. Very courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. He was willing to answer any questions I had. Service was prompt and with a smile. He installed a water heater for me and it has been working as expected ever since. Price is what it is these days.
