I had the pleasure of working with Ruslan. He was friendly, professional, responsive and efficient. I was originally going to replace the wax ring under my toilet. Ruslan explained some issues that could occur with the replacement, because of the condition of my toilet. He gave me three options and explained the pros and cons of them. I was eventually going to replace the toilet. I went with a toilet, not a wax ring replacement. We talked about the best toilet which Ruslan went to Home Depot to get. Ruslan wore shoe coverings in my condo. I definitely recommend Ruslan and will ask for him if I need additional plumbing work. Ruslan gave a couple of other quotes for possible projects. Thanks, Ruslan!

Had a small issue turn into increasingly bigger issues, not their fault, but they were very flexible as we worked through the options. They were even able to squeeze me in late for a same day service at one point, which I appreciated.

Rob from Affordable Plumbing came to my home to evaluate the condition of my reverse osmosis system. He told me it needed to be replaced so I hired him to do the work. He ordered replacement parts and plans to do the work later this week.
