Harold was great! I hired him to install a new toilet in my home. From the beginning he was extremely quick in responding and gave a fair quote. Harry responded to me right away via text, phone and email. He came over as soon as I was available. He worked out and explained to me my options and then how he would go about with replacing my water heater, which was going to be a little tricky. While he was here he quickly fixed an issue with my toilet. I will update this review after the water heater is replaced but so far I am very pleased with Harry's efficiency and knowledge.
