Harry was phenom and I will use him again!! To begin with, I appreciated his manners in taking off shoes in my house. It doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it really is a sign of respect. Good or bad, it is the first thing I notice and have found it provides a pretty solid first impression for how the rest of an appt will go. I needed a faucet handle fixed that was leaking, and he wasted no time getting down business. After realizing the leak was due to a faulty faucet and not from how it was installed, I ordered a new one. He then showed me how it would leaked otherwise. I appreciated him taking the time to explain it. He was quick, direct, and honest. It wasn’t worth the chaos of trying to take apart further. When I ordered the new faucet, I noticed the handle was nothing ever needing to be put together and indeed the first one garbage. Because of how honest he was and obviously highly skilled, I asked he come and swap out the faucets. The day before he confirmed our scheduled time, and showed up day of on time. Before leaving, I had a few random plumbing related questions I asked him, which he answered. Super nice, Honest Trustworthy Will hire again!
