- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and negotiable. I have a flat rate of $25.00 an hour but I also price out for over all job to. Which means that I work hard to be competitive and fair I do not want to over charge and have ano unhappy customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the customer and make sure that we are on the same page and all questions are answered. I don't want to finish a project and disappoint my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the education that I have has been on the job learning. I feel that been there and doing the work first hand is a great way to learn. But don't get me wrong I am still learning new things everday to become better able to serve my customers.
