Had to have some repairs made for the sale of our home. Home buyers request was vague so everything wasn't completed on the first trip. Came back out to fix the problem as soon as we noticed it. Great service, would use them again.

Electrical solutions have been a pleasure to work with from the receptionist to the electricians. They are prompt which is appreciated. They have installed LED lights (including informing us the need for more insulation in attic), ceiling fans, and dimmer switches, etc. and were gracious when the list grew. We're unable to switch out a ceiling fan since the building code required a certain height between the floor and fan blades. Who knew! Appreciate their honesty and good ethics..

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our customer pay the same price. Through my almost 10 years at my own company and my previouse 5.5 years running my old boss's company, I created multiple flat rate services. These prices are tried and true for 99% of all our residential service customers situations. Bigger projects however always have to be bid. We have special software for our larger customers and a very profeesional estimator for our remodel and new construction customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers reach out to us and we will schedule an estimate for services that they would like to add to their home or business. For our customers that have issues, we promptly schedule a service call.
