What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no real complicated pricing system almost all of our services are flate rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Here at Techwarrior Technologies we are constantly studying viruses, tech and participating in training along with real life practice for all sorts of things from data recovery to the simplest of virus removal.
What types of customers have you worked with?
While computer and technical service can encompass lots of different kinds of problems the most common issue we take care of is virus removal. People get infected and we go in and destroy the virus or malware without wiping the system.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When highering an IT or computer repair company make sure they are legit and not just someone doing it for extra cash. Its harder to make certain your getting quality service from a person just doing it for extra money that doesn't have a business registered etc.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Even it professionals come against problems that take some time. Even the best don't always wave there hands and boom fixed. Although most time us Techwarriors do.
