We had a great experience with our tech. He initially thought the dryer repair would be more extensive but after further investigation found the only problem to be the belt. We spent less than we thought we would yet fixed the problems. I highly recommend Omega.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We charge $99 to travel to your house and diagnose the appliance. We use the Appliance Bluebook for pricing repairs. We will give you a total for the repair once the machine is diagnosed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We prefer phone calls to get all the necessary information. We will get you scheduled and collect the $99 diagnostic fee. You will get a call the evening before your appointment to narrow our arrival time down to a two-hour timeframe. You will also get a call when the technician is on the way to your house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Most of the technicians are master certified appliance techs. We travel a few times a year to appliance conferences to stay up to date on the new appliances coming out from manufacturers. Every year we get factory training from GE, Frigidaire, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Fisher Paykel and more.
