When my older furnace and air conditioner needed replacement, BNC Heating and Cooling was the outstanding choice for new HVAC equipment and installation. The BNC Heating and Cooling service owner, Cameron, arrived at my home promptly for a thorough onsite system analysis. His proposal for Goodman equipment and installation was focused on achieving lower upfront equipment and installation costs, improved performance and long term, dependable efficiency. I am certain that the bid I accepted from BNC Heating and cooling service saved around $1500.00 in upfront costs as compared to the bids I received from other HVAC companies. I am sure that choosing BNC will positively impact future maintenance costs as well. Additional kudos go to the professional, experienced and knowlegable installation team.

Cameron responded to my call promptly. He came out the next day. (I had been waiting 6 weeks for another business to come.) He made quick work of the repair (poor workmanship on a newer house). He was here and gone in an about an hour, restoring our AC in the hot humid weather.
