We had Mike’s Custom Mechanical over to help us think through how to ventilate the basement with our HVAC. Jason showed up on time, and fairly quickly helped us determine that our issue was excess moisture in the air causing the musty smell. Even though we had one dehumidifier already running, he recommended that we get another. He assured us that we were getting plenty of fresh air, so that wasn’t the issue, but rather years of moisture. It is refreshing to come across a company that helps find a solution, even if it means “no sale” for them. When we need HVAC work in the future, they will be our first call.
