My typical process begins with a conversation about the customer’s bathtub or shower and the condition of the surface. I gather information, review photos if available, and provide an estimate based on the scope of work. Once the customer is ready to move forward, we schedule a convenient service date. On the day of the appointment, I thoroughly clean and prepare the surface, repair any chips, cracks, or imperfections, and then apply professional-grade coatings to achieve a smooth, durable finish. After the work is completed, I inspect the finished surface, review proper care and maintenance instructions with the customer, and answer any questions they may have. My goal is to make the process simple, professional, and stress-free while delivering high-quality results.
