Hired Brent to complete crown molding installation. Coordination was great and Brent was flexible to get started right away. The project turned out to be more complicated than estimated, resulting in only about 1/3 of the work being finished in the half day rate that was estimated and paid for. When he ran out of time, he taught me how to make the cuts, so I was able to finish the rest of the project on my own.

Brent is wonderful to work with. He has great attention to detail and always tried to save us money where possible, making us feel like we were in great hands! What was supposed to be a simple and quick bathtub replacement turned into an entire bathroom renovation when we discovered the previous owners had not disclosed unpermitted work they had had done and that our bathroom was full of lead piping. The whole floor had to be removed and replaced. I can’t imagine going through the stress of getting everything back up to code without a reliable, communicative and ethical contractor like Brent. He explained things clearly to us and we knew he had our backs. He liaised well with the plumber and took care of lots of details so we didn’t have to worry. Furthermore, Brent is a great problem solver and helped us strategize about how to get the most out of a teeny tiny bathroom. His son Dylan who helped him with the work is also great. Now we have a beautiful bathroom!
