Skilled craftsmanship, attention to detail and value for money all combine to give Dan a five star review. I have a Victorian and he substantially repaired and rebuilt both the front wraparound porch as well as a smaller back porch. Both look like new. I had a list of items I needed to be completed—garbage disposal wasn’t working, new faucets installed in laundry room sink, a door that wasn’t shutting correctly and a hose reel removed from inside garage and replaced with a new one. Dan came and assessed each project and when he decided what additional parts were needed, he went to the nearest store to purchase those supplies. The garbage disposal needed a new switch, the faucet I purchased needed an additional hole drilled, the door shuts perfectly and the hose reel works as expected. He kept me informed as he worked on and completed each task. He was here about four hours and cleaned up after each task. I would recommend him for handyman tasks without hesitation.
