Dave Anderson came to perform a technical check up on the sump pump Id had installed a few years ago. While doing so, he observed my basement had very high humidity, leaving it musty and prone to mold he had a solution ready, and within the next few hours had me set up with a powerful dehumidification system which has since left my basement comfortably dry and the cleanest it has been since I bought the house several years ago!Thoroughly grateful for his service he has been nothing but professional, friendly, transparent about pricing, accommodating, and genuinely interested in finding a workable solution to my situation.Ive worked several times with many people from this company on my basement and foundation issues, and their customer service has always been professionally reliable and helpful; I would happily go back to Groundworks every time for all my future needs.
