- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We stand behind our estimated price. No surprises/ changes unless the customer wants to expand the project. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Set up an appointment to look at the project first hand. Get a full understanding of what the customers expectations are. I will then prepare an estimate. If accepted I require a deposit to put the project on the schedule. I will then perform the work and once completed I will stand behind my work for 1 year. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Training through the apprenticeship program, years of product study
