FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My tiling prices are 5 to $10 a square foot, for floors, tear out of old material is extra. My handyman services range anywhere from $30 to $50 per hour with a 2 hr. minimum. I am willing to come and take a look at any project and give a fair quote, but usually need to see it in person for that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to meet new clients face-to-face see the area that needs to be worked on then come up with a contract for the scope of the work and the price and time frame the job is being done for. Then we come up with a material list and purchase materials for the job. Then I do the work. After the customer is happy with the job they write me a good review and I get paid.
