The smart thermostat installation went remarkably well. Gary arrived timely despite the unpleasant rainy weather. As an added touch of professionalism he ensured the fitting of the new thermostat looked good, cleaned up debris left from the old thermostat, checked to make sure everything worked and helped with application/thermostat communication.

We're completely satisfied with our experience. Craig arrived with all materials, ready to go. He worked throughout his 8 hour stay, and did just as we had requested, which was to tailor-fit our duct system to minimize it's effect on our remodel. It looks great!
He was also aware of keeping our entryway protected from tracking in 'stuff', and cleaned up his work area before he left.
Really impressed with his skills, making sure every seam was tight and sealed... Going into an existing system and re-routing it, simply to accommodate the looks and function of the room... wasn't easy, I'm sure. He did a fantastic job.

Re: replaced two Bathroom fans, installed R8 insulated ductworks and two new roof vents.
Craig was awesome to work with.
He answered all my questions by email, text And in person when he got to the house.
He showed up on time. He explained everything.
His estimate was very competitive.
He is very professional and easy to work with.

As far as vendors working on our remodel T&S we’re the easiest to work with. Handled all the paperwork from permits to rebate (rebate check received) removed a 1940’s furnace and replaced with a high efficiency unit and A/C. Without question I would hire again. I highly recommend you give them your business. If anyone wants to speak to me regarding his work I would be more than happy to provide a detailed reference. Just reach out to them and ask.

Modern Home Services offers very competitive prices on quality furnaces,boilers and air conditioners. We use flat rate pricing on all service and repairs so there are no surprises at the end of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time and date that is convenient for the customer. Estimates for new installations and replacements are always free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience in the industry and have 4 heating and air conditioning masters licenses.
