I contacted Francisco regarding painting windows on a second level porch, to match new windows in our exterior remodel. He contacted me promptly, and got back to me the same day with an estimate. Francisco kept me up to date on the schedule, which was based on rain-free weather. Francisco and his team arrived promptly on the scheduled day, and got to work immediately. I was impressed that he brought up an issue that didn’t surface the day he provided the estimate. I agreed with Francisco’s recommendation, and was all too happy to pay the small upcharge to get the job done correctly. Francisco and his team did a good job. He came out for an in-person estimate ahead of time, and they did the job in the time he estimated. It was windy the day they painted and they asked it I wanted to skip scraping the old paint, since it would fly all over the backyard past the tarp they’d placed. I appreciated that they checked with me on that point. My only negative of their work was that they came out on the job day with a ladder that was too short. Considering they came out earlier to review the job site, I would have thought they’d bring the right-sized ladder the first time. That said, they didn’t charge me for the hour wasted to go get the correct ladder. I would definitely use them again.
