Hi, I’m Tabitha Wagner, a graduate-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling student on the LPCC track, offering life coaching services focused on personal growth, emotional awareness, and navigating life transitions.
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or at a crossroads and want support building clarity, confidence, and balance in their lives. My coaching style is human-centered, strengths-based, and practical, helping clients reconnect with their values, develop healthier coping strategies, and move forward with intention.
Areas I Support
Life transitions (divorce, identity shifts, career changes)
Stress management and emotional regulation
Self-confidence and self-worth
Mindfulness and nervous system awareness
Goal setting and follow-through
Personal growth and self-reflection
My approach emphasizes listening, encouragement, and skill-building, while honoring each person’s unique story and pace. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel supported, understood, and empowered to make choices aligned with who they are becoming.
Important Note
Coaching services are not therapy and do not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on present-focused growth, wellness, and goal development. If clinical mental health treatment is needed, I support appropriate referrals.
Sessions are available virtually and are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your goals.
If you’re looking for a thoughtful, grounded space to reflect, grow, and take next steps — I’d be honored to work with you.
