What a great experience. When your pool is leaking you are dumping thousands of gallons of water and your chemicals are diluting. Really when bad things happen it seems like they never end. Called American Leak Detection and the soonest they could get us in was 3 weeks. They ended up coming out in 1. Needless to say overnight my pool cover leaked and there was about 300 gallons on top of the cover. I did everything I could to get that water off before they came and it just wasn't enough. Then I started to bucket off the water and the guy said what the heck and helped. I couldn't believe it, he helped me with the entire thing. We got the water off the cover and he went right to work. Found 2 leaks and was out of there in about an hour and a half. I will never forget that experience and I will also never go to another company for this issue again. Thank you for doing whatever it takes to get the job done, what a great company.

Both guys were friendly and helpful. They found a leak, patched it, checked for other leaks and were out of here in about an hour and a half. They did find one small leak that I can repair so I saved a little money. Overall, a very good experience.

Daniel arrived 10 minutes early for our ADL pool leak testing appointment. He spoke with me briefly to let me know what he would be doing and about how long it would take. After taking an initial look, he then proceeded To finish the examination. After he thoroughly tested for pool leaks, Daniel summarize his findings, verbally and left me with a recommended action plan. The entire visit was very professional, efficient and successful. I recommend the service highly and without reservation.

Dan came to our home to find an elusive leak in our Inground pool. American Leak was referred to us by our regular pool guy. Dan was friendly, thoroughly professional, explained every step and was able to diagnose and repair our problem. If I could give him six stars I would!

Dan came out and eased our fears prior to any inspection with his clear communication. We had a great understanding about what he was going to do and then clearly understood what the problem was. We had a bunch of questions and he never was annoyed with all of our questions but rather answered each of them thoroughly! We had a great experience with him! Thanks Dan!
