FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For customers looking for recurring house cleaning services, we like to send a member of our sales team to do a walk through (Free of charge) so we can give you an accurate estimate of your cleaning needs. We are usually pretty close to our first estimate, but its good to get more detail and talk with our customer so we are all on the same page. For one time cleanings our initial bid is for a block of hours, usually at a lower hourly rate. If the cleaning takes longer than our Thumbtack bid we first get permission from the homeowner to continue and then the additional hours are billed at our normal one time rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in the cleaning business for 20 years. Our carpet technician attends training sessions with IIRC, and our home cleaning techs receive ongoing training with our lead trainer.
