- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients only pay for the services rendered. An initial retainer is charged. Should you decide to go to trial a pre-negotiated fixed fee is then charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial process starts with gathering information from the client. This includes witnesses, fact gathering and determinin defenses that spy to the charges made by law enforcement. Police reports are requested from law enforcement, as well as, Discovery and Pre-Trial Motions which force the Prosecutor to comply with the Rules of Crminal Procedure that are designed to protect your Constitutional Rights.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Law Degree from WILLIAM Mitchell College of Law. Licensed in Federal Court and Minnesota and South Dakota. College Degree in Biochemistry Minors: Math, Business and Biology. Veteran: United States Air Force and Army.
