I complete a minimum of 45 continuing education credits every three years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most criminal cases resolve through the plea bargain process. Most of my work is helping my client attain the best plea bargain under the circumstances. Of course, I always look to have the case dismissed before a plea bargain is even considered, but most of the work is negotiation based.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently had two trials back to back. Most lawyers have maybe 1 case per year that go to trial, and I handled two back to back. I am proud to say, both of those trials resulted in NOT GUILTY verdicts - wins for my clients!
