- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with getting to know my client's goals, timeline on goals, and what has or hasn't worked well for them in the past, as far as fitness and nutrition goes. I like to be as thorough as possible, in order to create a professional and long-lasting relationship, as well as get an idea for the best route for each client and their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for Pre-Med, but I fell in love with Nutrition and Fitness along the way. I am currently a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist, as well as a Westside Barbell Certified Strength and Athletic Coach. I have competed in NPC Women's Physique competitions and am an American record holder in USAPL Powerlifting. I also own a gym, Next Level Fitness, and have assisted several clients and members in achieving their goals.
