Craig was very responsive. I needed our gas line to our range adjusted because it was located in the wrong spot for our new range. Then I also had him cap an outside grill gas line that we are not using. I will definitely reach out to Modern Home Services again if I need further assistance!

As far as vendors working on our remodel T&S we’re the easiest to work with. Handled all the paperwork from permits to rebate (rebate check received) removed a 1940’s furnace and replaced with a high efficiency unit and A/C. Without question I would hire again. I highly recommend you give them your business. If anyone wants to speak to me regarding his work I would be more than happy to provide a detailed reference. Just reach out to them and ask.

Re: replaced two Bathroom fans, installed R8 insulated ductworks and two new roof vents. Craig was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions by email, text And in person when he got to the house. He showed up on time. He explained everything. His estimate was very competitive. He is very professional and easy to work with. He did an outstanding job. We definitely would recommend him and his company and will Hire him gain for a few future HVAC related Projects.
