Eric called within an hour of posted request and arranged for same day service. Tech, Johan, was polite and professional, diagnosed the problem, ran to their WH for a part and got the job done! Eric was responsive and talked us through the fix. We were so pleased by the whole experience. So grateful to have the AC restored within hours!

Eric sent his guys promptly on 7/3. Replacement was completed by 7/4 despite holiday. Impressed with their responsiveness. Would hire them again in the future.

Charged to change a part, but unable to make the AC work. Called back and was told will come back the next day. They sent a text to reach out to me the next day asking me call them but unfortunately I never received that text. It was never delivered. Evidently they sent a text as later clarified, however it never got delivered. Cannot see the text on my end. So I ended up moving on to the next vendor. Otherwise, I would have continued with Equable because the first encounter/consultation was pleasant and promising. Eric was calm, knowledgeable and upfront. This was an unfortunate miscommunication.
