Charlotte was referred to me by another former client and I signed up for both coaching and help with resume and social media updates. The coaching and intake process really forced me to look at what I wanted in my next role and helped me narrow down on potential industries and organizations I should target. I offer a free, no-pressure phone/Zoom (your choice) consultation. The complimentary consultation is a no-pressure, no-judgment experience and will last about 60 minutes. This time will be used to answer your questions and determine if we would work well together. How did you get started doing this type of work?
People and the work they do have always fascinated me! Since my teens, I’ve scoured the help wanted section with anticipation—absorbing every word in job postings and every morsel of career advice like a sponge. I also love to write. And many years ago, when writing a resume for a family member, the spark was lit, and I’ve never looked back! My passion for coaching grew organically. I am naturally curious about people and helping them uncover and use their natural talents. Feedback from colleagues, family, and friends revealed I was coaching and didn't even realize it! I've harnessed and enhanced what comes naturally to me with formal training and continuing education. However, I believe it’s my real-world experience in business, human resources, and life that contributes the most to my coaching and resume writing. I feel fortunate to have a meaningful career that’s aligned with my values and that I get to help others achieve the same!
